Upon receiving the standard sample sent from France, [SUQING] immediately organized scientific researchers to conduct a rigorous analysis and color matching of the sample. This product, named [SUQING] PC/ABS SQ186 HFFR1.5 HT RAL9003, possesses the following characteristics:
Complies with UL94 1.5mm halogen-free flame retardant V0
ASTM D648, 0.45 MPa, with a heat distortion temperature up to 105℃
According to ASTM D256, the Izod impact at the notch of the cantilever beam reaches 543J/m at 23℃, and can also reach 167J/m at -30℃
ASTM D1238, 260℃, 2.16kgf, with a melt mass flow rate of 10.3g/10min
High gloss, capable of producing most surface appearance parts
Finally, after the color swatches and samples were sent to France, Trophy SAS conducted a series of tests and demonstrations, confirming that [SUQING] PC/ABS SQ186 HFFR1.5 HT RAL9003 was a qualified product that could be adopted. The product was successfully exported to France after mass production.
